A 50% deposit of the total cost is required with the initial order and the 50% balance is due on completion of the estimate report(s) and your receipt of our invoice. We invoice through "Google Wallet Secure Checkout Service."
How you receive your completed estimate:
Your report is delivered by email, Fax or US Mail upon your payment of the invoice. Invoices are sent via email. You will receive your final report on the next business day following clearing of your payment by the bank.
Robert Simpson Estimating also accepts checks, echecks, money orders and wire transfers; however these options will delay delivery until your payment clears the bank.
REFUND POLICY: Our service provides intellectual property based on our estimating, therefore we do not refund any payments.
