Pricing.... Hourly rate contracts only.

The standard pricing below is a fixed number.  All contracts accepted on hourly rates only. We cannot accept any full time exclusive contracts. Simpson Estimating can give you an estimated time frame required to complete your project but you must provide the necessary documents i.e. drawings, CD's or emailed PDF files, etc. You will receive your quotation the same day we receive your documentation.    Hourly Price(Fixed): Short Term Contract: Field Trips, Prebid Meetings, Attend Openings: Remodeling Estimating $95.00 Hour $95.00 Hour $95.00 Hour-2 Hour Minimum Charge  12% of Estimate Total

We will update this page frequently so be sure to check back!                                                                     Payment Terms: Full balance due on our completion of the estimate and your receipt of our invoice.   How you receive your completed estimate:    Your report is delivered by email, Fax or US Mail upon your payment of the invoice. Invoices are sent via email.  You will receive your final report on the next business day following clearing of your payment by the bank.   All material you provided to Robert Simpson Estimating needed to produce your report will be mailed back to you within 5 working days unless you request special handling which is billable to you at the exact delivery charges. Robert Simpson Estimating does not add in any special handling charges for this service.   Robert Simpson Estimating also accepts checks, echecks, money orders and wire transfers; however these options will delay delivery until your payment clears the bank.   REFUND POLICY: Our service provides intellectual property based on our estimating, therefore we do not refund any payments.
